IT ALL BEGAN
…when our founder, Bo Salenius came to Hong Kong as a young executive from Scandinavia. He saw an opportunity in the data provision business, specifically the list rental segment in providing list media for direct marketing campaigns. While that business was well developed in Europe and the US, it was non-existent in HK and Asia. He decided to form a company to undertake list data provision and campaign management on a professional basis.
Over time the company evolved and expanded our businesses to multi-channel, interactive marketing, including customer contact centres, fulfillment and logistics management, gift sourcing, technology development, content creation and curation, and finally, through the addition of our CLiX subsidiary, the development of a SAAS platform to support loyalty membership reward management – SMARTLoyalty Hub+. As they say, the rest is history.
Since the 1990’s we have been providing customer acquisition and retention programs through loyalty reward operations to support many of Hong Kong’s leading brands as well as many internationally renowned brands.
